PROJECT QUEBEC

PROJECT QUEBEC is a large condo located directly outside of the beautiful High Park in Toronto. Our clients, empty-nesters looking to downsize, decided to purchase a condo and completely revamp it to suit their style and needs.

Condos are challenging – making layout changes can be impossible, but we managed to make small changes that significantly improved the function of our client’s new space. In the kitchen, we turned the galley style kitchen into an open-concept chef’s kitchen, perfect for hosting. By re-working the layout, we were able to truly maximize the space and better suit our clients’ needs.

The primary suite was also reworked in order to gain more storage, and a larger ensuite. Though plumbing couldn’t be moved, we were able to increase the size of the shower and create a vanity that had much more storage than the original! Take a look at the beautiful custom cabinetry in the bedroom and ensuite! This condo has received the ultimate renovation, and is now a beautiful contemporary home that our clients can call home for many many years.
