PROJECT STARR

PROJECT STARR is a custom home located in Cambridge, Ontario. This home features over 7000 square feet of total livable space, including a 2600 square foot basement! Our client hired us in 2023 to help turn their dream home into a reality, and in 2025 it was officially complete.

What was our client looking for? A forever home that was timeless and reflected their transitional style. What was our job? It all started with us reviewing the floor plans provided by the architect to see if there are any recommended revisions from an interior design perspective. From there, we picked EVERYTHING – from the finishes, to the plumbing fixtures, light fixtures, door hardware, and designed ALL of the custom millwork. We work with our clients to figure out exactly their needs and wants, both from a functional and an aesthetic perspective.

We maintained a neutral palette throughout the house, complete with an off-white kitchen and medium-toned wood floors. The quartz countertops and backsplash really have that “WOW” factor with the deep warm veins. The “WOW” doesn’t stop in the kitchen – we’ve thoughtfully curated different moments throughout the house that really make the house unique. Some of the standout elements are: wall panelling in all the right places, interesting ceiling details where it counts, wallpaper in key rooms and splashes of colour where we always encourage you to have some fun (did you see the laundry room and mudrom?!)
