PROJECT BESSBOROUGH was designed for our clients entering a new chapter in their lives. We’ve transformed a home for a pair of empty nesters who wanted a space that felt open, elevated and perfectly suited to entertaining.

The main floor was reimagined to create better flow and connection between the spaces, opening up the home while maintaining a sense of warmth and intimacy. By removing unnecessary barriers and creating a more cohesive connection between the kitchen, dining and living areas, the home now feels naturally connected and much more conducive to gathering. A thoughtful renovation of the kitchen and living areas brought a more functional layout and a natural rhythm for everyday living and hosting, while two bathrooms on the second floor were completely refreshed to add a sense of quiet luxury throughout.

Every space was considered with this new stage of life in mind, creating rooms that feel beautiful and refined, while still being comfortable, functional and easy to live in. The design balances clean lines and elevated finishes with warmth and texture, allowing the home to feel polished without ever feeling overly formal.
