PROJECT INDIAN GROVE

PROJECT INDIAN GROVE is a cozy semi-detached home in the heart of The Junction. Our client purchased this home with good bones, but wanted to revamp the design to better suit their style. We completely gutted the main and second floor, and made this into our client’s dream home.

By re-thinking the layout of the kitchen, we were able to increase the flow, and get our clients a beautiful feature island – perfect for entertaining! The brand new custom herringbone floors, unlacquered brass fixtures, calacatta d’oro quartzite, Le Cornue range, venetian plaster hood, and custom green cabinetry made this client feel like she was revisiting the European countryside.

On the second floor, a new bathroom with all new finishings is the perfect place to start / end the day. The primary bedroom also got all new furniture, and a fresh coat of paint. There is almost no surface in this house that hasn’t been touched, and we can’t wait to see our client use this home for years to come!
