PROJECT TOULON

PROJECT TOULON is a large single family home in a family-friendly area. After recently permanently relocating to Canada from the US, our clients wanted to update their home to better reflect their style. With some minor tweaks to the layout and LOTS of tweaks to the finishes, we’ve completely transformed the main floor and primary ensuite in our client’s home!

By removing some structural posts and some unnecessary half-walls on the main floor, we were able to make a big impact on how the space functions. We also made some major improvements to the finishes throughout the home, and made sure to include a WOW factor in each room. In the foyer we installed a striking marble mosaic, the powder room has a bold and colourful wallpaper, the family room has an incredible purple marble fireplace, and there are brand new herringbone floors throughout. The kitchen is truly the showstopper with incredible marble countertops and backsplash, stunning dark cabinets, and a statement feature hood. The brass finishes pop very nicely off of the dark cabinets, and bring some warmth into the space.

Refinished stairs with custom wrought-iron pickets and decorative wall sconces make the stairs feel fresh and new. In the primary ensuite, removing the bidet allowed us to move the toilet and increase the size of the shower. The curbless entry makes the shower feel elegant and custom. The custom wood vanity and makeup table, along with the dark marble accents tie this bathroom in perfectly together with the rest of the house. Our clients are looking forward to raising their family in this beautiful family home!
