PROJECT LINCOLNVILLE

PROJECT LINCOLNVILLE started off as a forever home, but took on a new life as the project progressed. As we moved through the design and build process, the original concept started to shift. What began as a highly customized space for a specific lifestyle gradually became something more universal—something adaptable, timeless, and appealing to a broader range of people.

The change in purpose ended up causing us to re-think the overall concept of the interior, shifting into a cozy modern farmhouse that was versatile and able to grow with whoever lives there. We used a palette of soft neutrals, lots of wood and brass finishes for warmth, and layered in texture through materiality. The layout was thoughtfully planned in order to support real life—whether that’s hosting friends, working from home, or just enjoying a quiet morning coffee. The main floor is largely open concept, in all the right places. The rest of the house has a clear flow that make the home natural to move through.

Even as the vision shifted, our commitment never wavered. We stayed grounded in quality craftsmanship, intentional choices, and a strong sense of place. In the end, Project Lincolnville is more than just a house—it’s a space that feels grounded and refined, cozy yet flexible, and ready to meet whatever the future brings.
