PROJECT QUAKER is a thoughtfully refreshed family home in the heart of Newmarket. Drawn to its potential, our clients purchased the property with a vision to better align the space with their lifestyle and aesthetic.

Studio AA led a comprehensive redesign of the main floor, introducing key layout improvements and a more functional flow. The kitchen underwent a complete transformation, featuring updated finishes, increased storage, and a highly personalized approach to entertaining. A standout feature is the dual-island layout – one dedicated to prep, the other to gathering – each designed with its own distinct character. In the dining area, a custom buffet was incorporated to support the clients’ love of hosting.

Upstairs, the primary ensuite was fully reimagined. The new layout accommodates a spacious shower, a private water closet, and a double vanity, all finished with a cohesive, modern palette.

The result is a home that feels entirely renewed. It was designed to support everyday living while leaving room for the family to continue shaping it over time.
