PROJECT SEATON is a custom home in Oakville designed for a young family seeking a warm and contemporary space that feels both sophisticated and inviting. Studio AA Interiors was engaged to design and furnish key areas of the home, creating a cohesive interior that balances natural materials, rich textures, and thoughtful contrast.

Throughout the home, a palette of warm neutrals is layered with black accents and darker finishes, adding depth and mood while maintaining a bright and welcoming atmosphere. Expansive windows and strategically placed skylights fill the interiors with natural light, highlighting the carefully curated mix of finishes and furnishings.

One of the home’s defining features is the custom staircase, which serves as a sculptural focal point and reinforces the home’s contemporary architectural character. Every space was thoughtfully designed to feel connected, with a restrained material palette and layered textures creating a sense of warmth and understated luxury.
